Fairgrounds

The rental fee for the use of ALL Central Iowa Fair Grounds (excluding racetrack) is $4,000.00 for 2 days.

Outdoor Arena $500.00/day includes fenced in area and bleachers.

Covered Arena $500.00/day is a 150’x200′ building with a 90’x200’clear span includes office facility and seating for 250 people.

Both Outdoor and Covered Area $750.00/day.

Pavilion $750.00 per day is a 88’x128′ building with restrooms and seating for 150 people.

Livestock Building $250.00/day is a 120’x240′ building and bleachers for seating can be moved into the building.

Exhibit Building $350.00/day of $550.00 for two days is a 120’x141′ building with restrooms.

Activity Building w/o heat $1,000 per day is a 70’x128′ building with restrooms. A prep/kitchen area is available for $75.00 per day
